About the role
The role of a Intern is responsible to support COMEX & Marketing team in preparation and review of documentation, artworks and other administrative support. The role is based on part-time (75%) fixed-term (must be a student) conditions.

You responsibilities: 
• Coordination of changes in artworks for Ukraine in the internal CHAMPs system.
• Coordination of stickering processes from the very beginning including translation files preparation, their approval and cooperation with agencies.
• Close cooperation with Regulatory Manager, Brand Manager, Manager from the Quality department and Manager from the Logistics department.
• If there is no repack of the code on the SKU, the process of its creation on the MyPSR website is initiated, indicating all the necessary information and linking to the main product code.
• Filling TeamSite for storage and use of artwork, stickers, 3D packaging and repacking documents.
• Documentation support on projects.
• Coordination of processes on MyPSR website for creation of codes on new products.

Requirements: 
• Higher unfinished education, 3-5th year student of the University.
• Ukrainian - fluent, English – upper intermediate/advanced.
• Good level of computer literacy Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PP).
• Very good communication skills.
• Adherence to deadlines, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to multitask and take ownership of managing projects.
