Intern (Accounting)

We are looking for an Intern for the Accounting Department to join our team and gain valuable hands-on experience in accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting, storing, and registering initial documents for the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Monitoring the correctness of documents and payments.
• Reconciling accounting data in specific areas, including purchase invoices, sales invoices, and bank statements.
• Preparing detailed reports for the accounting team, such as bank statement report, cost databases.
• Performing other tasks as requested.

• MS Excel, including pivot tables, main formulas (sum, vlookup, if).
• Experienced with other standard MS Office.
• English at least pre-intermediate level.
• Understanding of the accounting chart of accounts and main accounting principles  (double-entry bookkeeping, active and passive accounts, prepayments, payables and receivables, fixed and intangible assets, PL accounts).
• Education in Finance/Accounting/Economy (or students in their final years of studies).
