Summary

The IT company Andersen invites an experienced AI Integration Engineer to work on a large-scale Media&Telecom project.

The customer is a forward-thinking company with a diverse portfolio of products and services. The project is to integrate AI into software development, accelerating delivery, enhancing knowledge accessibility, automating testing, and improving code reviews to boost productivity across product teams.

Responsibilities

Applying a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, such as decision trees, support vector machines, and clustering techniques, to develop and optimize AI models. Designing and implementing deep neural networks, including architectures like transformers and convolutional neural networks (CNNs), to address complex problems and enhance system capabilities. Developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications that combine information retrieval with natural language generation to provide accurate and contextually relevant responses. Designing and building autonomous AI agents capable of making decisions and performing tasks with minimal human intervention, enhancing operational efficiency. Utilizing vector databases to efficiently store and query high-dimensional data, supporting advanced AI functionalities. Developing and maintaining AI solutions using programming languages such as Python, and optionally Java, Go, or PHP, ensuring robust and scalable implementations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.Experience as an AI Integration Engineer for 5+ years. Proven experience in machine learning and deep learning model development. Deep understanding of model evaluation, overfitting, regularization, and optimization techniques. Hands-on experience with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or Milvus. Understanding of indexing algorithms such as: HNSW (Hierarchical Navigable Small World), IVF (Inverted File Index), PQ (Product Quantization). Experience with deep learning architectures: CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, etc. Experience with scalable ML pipelines and data workflows. Experience with building and deploying Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems. Hands-on experience with RAG applications and agentic AI systems. Familiarity with MLOps practices: model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD for ML. Proficiency in managing and querying vector databases. Strong programming skills in Python. Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment. Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Desired skills

Familiarity with Java, Go, or PHP.
