                    Development Manager

The Development Manager will play a key role in the TME DC Mobile Development team, which is responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance, delivery of new features, and monitoring of business transactions.
The role focuses on the Mobile Application solution, a critical tool for the TME field force in running daily marketing and sales activities.

What will you do – responsibilities :

Mobile Application Expertise

Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the custom Mobile Application solution.

Gain expertise in Azure components supporting the solution.

Understand backend (Siebel) data models and integrations with Mobile Middleware.

Continuously learn and adapt to evolving Azure features.

Maintenance & Support

Provide technical support and incident management to minimize business disruption.

Collaborate with BTS, TI, Security, and third-party providers (Microsoft, Oracle).

Perform root cause analysis, bug fixing, troubleshooting, and enhancements.

Support UAT and release management.

Application Evolution

Support scope definition with product owners.

Design solutions for new features and change requests.

Perform hands-on development and coordinate offshore teams.

Define and enforce development standards, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.

Manage status updates, issues, and risks.

Mobile Middleware Collaboration

Develop understanding of the middleware solution and Azure components.

Support incident analysis and troubleshooting in collaboration with Middleware teams.

Requirements:

University/college degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

10+ years in IT, including multinational company experience.

7+ years in software development projects.

5+ years in mobile development (preferably mobile front-end).

Strong knowledge of .NET MAUI, C#, Entity Framework, Community Toolkit MVVM, SQLite for MAUI, and API integration.

Experience with Azure Cloud Services (security, SQL Server, App Services, Service Bus, Functions, Storage, App Insights, etc.) is a plus.

Experience in Visual Studio IDE, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Experience in multinational environments with remote teams.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Attention to detail in analysis and design.

Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and agile methodologies
