We’re looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to join Aligned — a subscription-based AI Coach trained on 1,000+ top books and expert insights, helping users achieve personal and professional goals faster with 24/7 coaching.

You’ll play a key role in scaling this new product across Tier 1 markets, leading paid media campaigns, testing bold strategies, managing budgets, and driving growth.

Who we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of media buying and user acquisition experience in a product company
• Proven track record of scaling Meta ads with a budget of $100k+
• Experience with subscription-based products targeting Tier 1 markets is essential
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis, and A/B testing expertise
• A "builder's" mentality, comfortable creating and scaling from the ground up
• Expertise in optimizing traffic based on CPL, CAC, LTV, ROMI/ROAS, ROI/ROR 
• Experience in optimizing creatives at the campaign setup level and using creative factory insights to drive scalable marketing performance
• Proven track record in scaling user acquisition for new products from 0 to 1, from idea validation to scalable growth
• English - upper-intermediate level or higher
• We are ready to start working together on a part-time basis. Our priority is performance and results, not tracking hours.

Bonus Points:

• Practical experience with Amplitude or Looker
• Experience with Tiktok, ASA, and Google
• Familiarity with automation tools (Revealbot, Airtable, n8n)

You’ll be working on:

• Executing a product growth strategy and owning the UA direction
• Proactively exploring new approaches and markets, you'll fully own user acquisition
• Scaling marketing budgets and launching campaigns on Meta
• Coordinating with the creative team and efficiently adapting creatives for growth
• Developing and delivering clear weekly reports on campaign performance, including key takeaways, next steps, and optimization recommendations
• Tracking and managing key performance metrics, such as budget pacing, LTV, CAC, ROMI/ROAS, and ROI/ROR
• Collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to help shape all strategies.

Your first 90 days:

• Conduct an audit and create a clear action plan for the coming quarter
• Generate effective ideas for campaign setup, run A/B tests, and experiment with new, creative scaling approaches
• Ensure stable budget growth
• Communicate proactively with the team, seek out opportunities, and share new ideas. With you, we’ll try things we haven’t done before
• Work quickly, focus on data and metrics, and bring an ownership mindset

Your manager: You’ll report directly to Bohdan Kit, CEO of Aligned. Bohdan is the product leader who personally built solutions for over 100 million users and generated nine-figure revenues on platforms like Amazon and WordPress. He actively shares his expertise and gives you full freedom to act.
