• Designing, modeling, and simulating structural systems (steel and concrete) for mission-critical facilities 
• Using BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit to virtually construct structural systems and coordinate with other disciplines 
• Developing and checking construction drawings and shop drawings 
• Assisting engineers with load analysis, bearing structures, and schematic/detailed designs 
• Performing basic structural calculations and supporting engineers with advanced analysis 
• Preparing technical documentation, including design criteria, specifications, and calculation packages 
• Working with MEP engineers to ensure multidisciplinary coordination 
• Incorporating point cloud data for accuracy and model validation 
• Supporting BIM and VDC coordination activities across the project lifecycle 
• Contributing to project progress reporting and documentation 

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (civil, structural, or related field) 
• Proven experience in structural modeling and engineering support for steel and concrete projects 
• Written and spoken English (B1–B2 or higher) 
• Hands-on experience with BIM software — Autodesk Revit is a must 
• Familiarity with structural analysis and modeling tools such as RAM, RISA, STAAD, ETABS, Tekla, SDS2, SolidWorks, or Autodesk Robot (a strong plus) 
• Experience working with structural drawings and detailing 
• Understanding of construction methods, structural systems, and regulations 
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset 
• Ability to multitask and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
