An exciting opportunity to join Coca-Cola HBC in Ukraine as a QSE Systems Coordinator – a role where you’ll ensure quality, food safety, and environmental compliance across all business processes. By working cross-functionally with Supply Chain and Commercial teams, you will contribute to maintaining and enhancing our Quality and Food Safety Management Systems in alignment with CCH, TCCC, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000, and local legal requirements.
You will play a key role in the implementation of new QSE standards, managing internal and external audits, and driving a strong quality culture across the organization.
Our new team member needs to:
Have a University degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Packaging, Technical or similar; Operational experience in Quality & Food Safety area (knowledge of Food Safety, Food technology and Engineering, Packaging, Microbiology, Quality Assurance & Control principles etc.); Be familiar with Ukrainian legal requirements related to food safety, packaging, and product labeling; Possess a working knowledge of international quality standards (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 or similar); Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships; Have at least an intermediate level of English.You can be successful in this role if:
You will cooperate with all teams to ensure compliance of all programs & processes to the CCH and the TCCC requirements, introduction of new requirements on BU level;You will participate in internal audits & leading external audits;You will develop, update and approve TCs on FGs & Packaging for Ukraine;You will manage CCH & TCCC Reporting on BU level;You will manage products labelling for MEL & Finlandia portfolio;You will monitor changes in Ukrainian local legal requirements related to Q&FS, communicate changes to relevant departments to ensure compliance;You will develop and deliver trainings on Quality, FS & GMP to build capabilities, QSE culture and mindset;You will manage OPEX for external audits and trainings.How we will support you:We will create an effective onboarding plan tailored to your role, outlining key protocols, responsibilities, and introductions to key stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition into your new position.
