We are looking for a Middle System Administrator who will become a part of our talented team.

We are looking for:

2+ years of commercial experience in the same positionHands-on experience with physical networking, connecting the wires, configuring network equipment, switches, routers, and WiFi access pointsUnderstanding builds PC laptops and the ability to fix failuresInstallation, setup, and troubleshooting of MacOS, Linux (Ubuntu), and Windows OSHands-on experience with Linux systems management (distributions, Apache/Nginx, firewall, SSH, network, Docker, etc.)LAN: WAN, DNS, DHCP, IP, RDP, VLANS, VPNs - understanding and ability to setupPractical skills with at least one of the System Virtualisation (Manage Proxmox / KVM, Docker)Understanding of at least one of the Cloud services (AWS, GCP)Hands-on experience with Google Workspace or Active Directory

Will be a plus:

Management and maintenance of servers running internal services (These are mostly hosted on AWS. Docker is used to run many of them)IaC (Terraform, Ansible)Basic understanding CI/CD processingHands-on experience with UniFi platformHands-on experience with at least one database management system (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.)Hands-on experience with VCS (Git, GitLab, Bitbucket, etc.)

Responsibilities:

Users support, resolving incoming technical issues in a friendly and client-oriented waySupport of different corporate programs and systemsUpgrading, installing, and configuring application software and computer hardwareMaintaining networks and network stuffOversee installation, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of LAN hardware and softwareSetup and maintain video security stuff and network (Hikvision, Unifi protect)Maintain and enforce security policiesProactively monitor system health and security alerts, coordinating incident response effortsMaintain records of access permissions, software subscriptions
