We are AIDA, a recruitment technology-based employee search. For our client, we are looking for a Backend Developer (Node.js) who is ready to join the team. This is a great opportunity for those who want to grow professionally while contributing to exciting and evolving projects.
As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for building new functionality, optimizing existing code, participating in Agile ceremonies, and working closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, designers, testers, and account managers. The role includes interaction with clients and opportunities to take part in technical interviews.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience with Node.js: 2+ years
Python: 1+ year of experience
Database knowledge: SQL and NoSQL
API development: REST and/or GraphQL
Understanding of project architecture and business logic
Experience with Git and Jira
Familiarity with SCRUM, Lean principles
Strong communication skills and client interaction experience
Experience in code review and writing unit/integration tests

Client-oriented and communicative
Eager to learn and grow
Able to listen and clearly present ideas
