We invite an experienced and proactive Software Engineer with strong PHP and React.js skills to join our team. You’ll play a key role in developing a new subproduct within our client’s portfolio – a robust human capital management solution that streamlines HR processes, enhances employee engagement, and simplifies payroll, offering genuine value to customers worldwide.

In this role, you’ll lead the development and maintenance of core systems for a robust payroll platform, ensuring performance, scalability, and technical excellence.
Lead the design, development, and optimization of backend and frontend components using PHP and React.jsDesign and implement REST APIs and work with MySQL and MongoDB databasesDevelop, deploy, and maintain platform components in AWSWrite high-quality, maintainable code and enforce coding standards across the teamMentor junior engineers and collaborate with the team on feature design, problem-solving, and best practicesParticipate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality🎾 What’s working at Dev.Pro like?
