We are looking for an experienced Senior Node.js Engineer to join a long-term project supporting the Digital Giveaways product, a multi-brand digital vehicle brochure within an important amptomotive client. The goal is to continuously enhance performance, cost-efficiency, and release capabilities in a modern, cloud-based architecture.

You will be part of a self-organized, cross-functional team working in an agile SAFe environment, contributing to the design and development of cutting-edge digital experiences in the automotive industry.

This is you

• 5+ years of experience developing web applications using Node.js and React
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Remix, React)
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript
• Familiarity with modern architectural concepts such as micro-frontends, micro-services, and DDD
• Knowledge of Feature App technology, if applicable
• Hands-on experience with the cloud providers GCP and/or AWS
• Experience with agile methods Software development (e.g., Safe, Scrum, Kanban)

Nice-to-have skills:

• Initial experience in serverless application development, e.g., with GCP Cloud Functions or AWS Lambda
  • Experience with test automation, UI testing, accessibility testing Performance Testing
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Pulumi, CDK, or Terraform)
  • Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager)

This is your role

• Build a new solution from scratch which is part of the wider internal ecosystem
• Write clean, maintainable, test-covered code and work with our product team
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and consistency across the codebase
• Be involved in the entire product lifecycle including the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of new and existing features
• Share your technical solutions and product ideas with the team
• Contribute to the team and organizational improvements in process and infrastructure
