We are a product company, and this affects our day-to-day activities. Our team is highly involved in the client’s needs, we value business ability, and we take every step with extra carefulness. Among our clients are businesses like AB InBev, Unilever, JDE, PepsiCo, Henkel, and others.
Our customer is Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev), the biggest brewery company in the world. We own over 630 beer brands (including Budweiser, Stella Artois, Hoegaarden, Beck’s, Leffe, Chernigivske) in 150 countries and are considered to cover 28% of the global beer market worldwide. European HQ is in Leuven, Belgium.
BEES is an e-commerce and SaaS company created by AB InBev ( It is transforming the traditional sales model by putting customers at the center, making their lives easier and their businesses more profitable. BEES is not just here for beer — it’s actively joining the ranks of global e-commerce giants.
In our project, we are rolling out the BEES platform across multiple countries.
REQUIREMENTS
Background in manual and black-box testing for web and mobile applicationsComfortable working with APIsFamiliarity with test automation tools and frameworks (, Selenium, Appium, Pytest)Upper-Intermediate English for daily team communicationStrong soft skills, proactiveness, and involvement in work with a mindset for continuous improvementStrong understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, and problem-solving fundamentalsComfortable working with JSON, databases (MongoDB, Cosmos DB), and related tools (Postman, Insomnia, NewRelic)Practical knowledge of Jira, Firebase, Zephyr, LambdaTest, and Azure DevOpsUnderstanding of DevOps and development tools (Git, Maven, Gradle) and cloud platforms (Azure, Docker, Kubernetes)Knowledge of message queues (, RabbitMQ, Kafka) and security protocols (JWT, OAuth) is a plusStrong analytical mindset with proven skills in test planning, execution, defect analysis, and reportingHigh involvement, responsibility, and ability to communicate and justify solutions to stakeholdersComfortable working in dynamic, fast-changing environments with shifting priorities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate within a cross-functional team to contribute to feature development and global product maintenanceSupport the UAT process and guide user teams throughout testingEnsure acceptance criteria are met and promote a user-first approach in product discussionsAccurately report bugs with clear and complete informationMonitor test results and manage test repositoriesIdentify problems, risks, and dependencies; escalate when neededParticipate in Agile rituals and ceremoniesPromote testing best practices within the team and organizationStay informed about industry trends and advancementsPartner with peers to enhance test development, automation, and release processes
