DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Project Manager/Team Lead to join our growing technology team, focusing on building technology products for some of the world’s leading media agencies. The successful candidate will work alongside developers and other members of the Scrum teams.About the division:Our client is a part of a global data products and technology company. A team of thinkers, builders, creators, and problem solvers are over 1,000 strong, across 20 markets around the world.RequirementsAt least 2 years of experience in Software Development projects as a Project Manager/Team Lead also acting as a Scrum MasterExperience in managing several teams simultaneously of at least 5 team members each (or one team comprising 15+ team members)Strong knowledge and experience with a variety of Agile methodologiesStrong knowledge and experience with Jira/ConfluenceAdvanced English (fluent speech & understanding)Goal-oriented mindsetLeadership attitudeAbility and willingness to learn and growAt least 2 projects driven through the whole project life cycle Candidates interviewing and hiring experienceDevelopment experience is nice to have Knowledge of the Scaled Agile framework is nice to have Media/AdTech projects experience is a big plusJob responsibilitiesLead several projects/teams at a time mixed across different regionsScrum Master activitiesPeople managementClose client cooperation Technical expertiseWhat we offerCulture of caring.
