Warehouse Supervisor
Position: This role oversees efficient warehouse operations, including goods receipt and customer deliveries, ensuring compliance with legislation. It involves coordinating daily tasks with other departments, monitoring processes and reports, maintaining open communication with the Manufacturing Services Manager, and continuously analyzing and improving workflows.
Responsibilities:
Manages daily operations, including loading/unloading and internal material movement, in coordination with department managers. Ensures FIFO compliance, accurate legal records for all storage, and proper delivery/export documentation. Is responsible for preventing material damage, identifying opportunities for cost and process optimization, and maintaining discipline regarding internal cleanliness and forklift hygiene.Monitors material movement in the oneERP system and manages related documentation for materials, spare parts, and transactions. Supports customs procedures until materials are cleared for production. Plans and coordinates physical inventory counts with the Finance department and prepares final monthly and annual inventory reports.Responsible for ensuring compliance with labor legislation and company procedures, and preparing various reports. Collaborates with the Engineering department to ensure precise execution of shelf maintenance and inspections.Monitors warehouse space utilization and proactively identifies and communicates space requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Economics or a related technical field.Minimum 3 years work experience in logistic or warehousing processes.Leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.Good knowledge of English.Advanced computer skills, including MS Office.
