IF YOU ARE

A marketer with 6+ years of experience in multi-disciplinary marketing, preferably in product marketing or brand experienceExperienced in launching new products or platforms from research and concept to go-to-market and adoptionSkilled at positioning and messaging development, focusing on user experience and brand consistency.Comfortable analyzing product metrics, collecting feedback, and iterating based on dataCapable of running briefings, write requirements for designers and copywriters, and manage multiple stakeholdersA creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for quality brand executionA strong communicator who can collaborate with cross-functional teams and present to stakeholdersOrganized, proactive, and results-oriented — you know how to get things doneDemonstrating upper-intermediate, or higher English levelFamiliar with managing e-commerce, retail, or branded merchandise projects (as a big plus)

Lead the launch of SoftServe’s Brand Store from initial concept to full-scale roll-outShape the brand merchandise experience: define product categories, co-create designs, and ensure brand alignmentCollaborate with procurement, creative, digital, and legal teams to build a seamless processDevelop a go-to-market strategy and awareness campaigns to drive adoption globallyAnalyze engagement metrics, optimize performance, and identify opportunities for growthExplore new ways to scale the Store, including gifting frameworks, onboarding kits, and recognition programsAlign store offerings with key milestones (Company Day, New Hires, Ambassador programs, etc.)Build a strong brand presence by turning merchandise into a storytelling toolChampion a user-centered approach to merchandise and gifting experiences
