Head of Supply Chain Management

JTI Korea is looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Head of Supply Chain Management to lead end-to-end planning and execution across demand forecasting, inventory management, and S&OP processes. This role requires a strong background in supply chain operations, data-driven decision-making, and team leadership. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate planning, timely product launches, and minimal inventory waste. Proficiency in SAP IBP is essential to drive more synchronized and forward-looking planning, while fluent communication in both Korean and English is key for effective stakeholder alignment. Key Responsibilities:

SCM Team Management: Lead the Supply Chain Management team by aligning on vision and strategic objectives. Ensure effective project execution and workload management based on operational urgency. Promote a culture of openness and trust, timely knowledge sharing, proactive contingency planning, and continuous improvement.Business Partnering and Stakeholder Management: Foster strong business partnering across functions to support collaborative, data-driven decision-making.Demand & Supply Planning: Oversee end-to-end demand and supply planning to support RMC(Combustible tobacco) and RRP (HTS tobacco) product line decisions. Enhance the S&OP process through cross-functional collaboration and the integration of advanced, AI-driven forecasting models. Participate in regular planning cycles such as Latest Estimates and Annual Planning exercise to drive transparency, alignment, and strategic foresight.Inventory Management: Set and monitor Days Inventory Outstanding targets based on business trends and regulatory requirements. Ensure inventory readiness for New Product launches by understanding the product component lead times and proactively track production timelines and shelf-life to minimize write-offs.Integrated Business Planning: Maintain the IBP to ensure end-to-end visibility and coordination across supply chain planning activities. Support SNP(Supply Network Planning) and S&OP cadence with reliable inputs and lead local S&OP meetings to align stakeholders on planning assumptions, constraints, and actions.Logistics Management: Oversee the efficient movement, warehousing, and distribution of both components and finished goods. Ensure seamless execution of logistics operations to meet service levels, reduce lead times, and optimize cost-efficiency in line with operational requirements.3rd Party Logistics Vendor Relationship Management: Manage and evaluate 3PL vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs. Build strong partnerships to ensure service reliability, continuous improvement, and cost optimization. Act as the primary point of contact for vendor collaboration and escalation.

Requirements:

Over 10 years of experience in Global Supply Chain Management, preferably in FMCG or RetailStrong people leadership and project management skillsProficiency in SAP (including IBP), Excel, PowerPoint, and WordFluent in both Korean and English (spoken and written)Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvementProven Team Management Skills
