Working with cross-functional and regional teams, you implement a portfolio strategy that is aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth. You support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives including new product development and platform opportunities.
How you will contribute
Working with other internal stakeholders, you will support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth. You will develop annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources. In addition, you will offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans, develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives. Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning, you will develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.
Main Responsibilities
Develop & adapt brand marketing plans based on category / brand strategy and priorities, reflecting market specificsCreate & execute activation plan for Biscuits and Salted Snacks category brands (including development of local media and BTL activations, etc.) contributing to annual objectives deliveryLead adaptation and launch of brand communication for global brands and create brand communication for local brands.Control execution, evaluate effectiveness and ROI.Act as a liaison for market commercial team, local agency partnersEnsure new products launches and brand initiatives (eg. CR, QI, packaging, decomplexity, samples, designs) etc. successful and timely realization, lead country specific projectsContributes to development of strategy and ambition 3-5 year growth plan for Biscuits and Salted Snacks categories in countries in scopeIn cooperation with CP&A implement \ supervise commercial strategy, incl. promo plans, in-store strategy, in-store visibility programs, merchandising standards, MSLResponsible for A&C budget management under supervision of Marketing Manager in compliance with Mondelez purchasing policy.Run tracking and reporting: NPD analysis, P&L analysis, SOM analysis, competitive analysis, pricing analysis etc.Lead brand communication for in-market teams to ensure engagement.Contributes to the process of monthly volume forecastYou bring:

University degree in marketing/business/economics2+ years of experience multinational FMCGs in Marketing on Brand Manager positionFluency in EnglishStrong communication skills, project management & planning skillsKnowledge of media planning basicsPro-activeness and ability to handle multiple priorities within tight deadlinesBusiness acumen, organizational agilityIn-depth understanding of consumer needsPC literate (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Nielsen)Relocation Support Available?
