Job Title: CRM Specialist
Location: London
Full time / 37.5 hours per week
Fixed Term Contract – 6 Months

We’re looking for a CRM Specialist (Dynamics 365) to join our Marketing team based in central London. As a CRM Specialist you will collaborate with the CRM and Data manager, as well as the Head of CRM and analytics, in developing, optimising and managing our Dynamics 365 systems, apps and environments to meet business objectives.
This includes implementing automated workflows using Power Automate, configuring backend systems (with the support of our CRM developer, ITG colleagues and partner agencies) and creating efficient customer journeys when the need is identified. Additionally, you will play a key role in training and supporting end-users, ensuring they can make the best use of the system. Your creativity and excellent communication skills will help to enthuse colleagues, enhance client engagement, and drive business growth.

What you’ll do:
Technical Expertise
Support backend development and configuration of Dynamics 365, including creating and modifying tables, fields, forms, and views.Design, implement and manage automated workflows using Power Automate to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes. Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 with a deep understanding of business processes.Work closely with key departments to identify unique requirements and develop customized solutions.Enhance and expand the current Dynamics 365 environment, integrating it into all facets of sales, marketing, customer data management, and engagement strategies.Collaboration and Stakeholder management
Track and document project progress, deliverables and change requestsCommunicates successes, challenges, opportunities, trends, and lessons regarding projects to line manager and wider digital team and various internal stakeholdersShare responsibility with the CRM and data manager in providing training and support to users, including creating user manuals, conducting workshops and webinars, and troubleshooting issues.Data management and reporting
Periodically perform data audits and clean-up activities to maintain a reliable and up-to-date CRM system in line with data governanceCreate and update all CRM reports in PowerBi or gathers dashboard briefs for outsourcing to other HCA team members or CRM agencyCreate, customise and manage CRM dashboards across the business, working with the stakeholders on their requirementsWhat you’ll bring:
You have 3+ years of experience in CRM roles, with extensive hands-on expertise in optimising Dynamics- 365 systems, including backend configuration.You have experience creating automated workflows using Power Automate and integrating CRM systems with other tools or platforms.You have strong expertise in customising Dynamics- 365, including field creation, table updates, and system enhancementsYou possess excellent communication skills and can effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels,You are proficient in data analysis (ability to create PowerBI dashboards is a plus)You are detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ensuring high quality performance and data integrity.You are tech-savvy and eager to learn and upskill, particularly in CRM and digital marketing.Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detailWhy HCA UK?
