As part of our expansion, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team.
We are seeking a talented **Email Marketing Specialist **to lead and execute email campaigns that drive customer engagement and business growth. The ideal candidate will be skilled in email marketing strategy, campaign execution, and performance analysis. This role requires a strong understanding of CRM and lifecycle marketing, as well as the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to support broader business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement CRM, email, and lifecycle marketing strategies that align with Softgiles goals and enhance customer engagement;
Take ownership of end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including planning, segmentation, hypothesis development, execution, and performance analysis. Leverage tools like, Mailchimp, Brevo, Creatio to create, deploy, and optimize email campaigns and automations;
Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize email campaigns. Use data insights to improve performance, engagement, conversion rates, and overall customer journeys. Conduct A/B tests to drive campaign improvements;
Collaborate with product marketing, sales, customer support, and design teams to ensure alignment between email campaigns and overall business objectives;
Keep up with industry best practices, emerging trends, and email marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge and improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing roles;
Proven success in executing and optimizing high-performing email campaigns;
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights;
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, email building software;
Solid understanding of email best practices, segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability;
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
