PROJECT DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Solution Architect to design and lead the development of complex, scalable software systems.
You will work across technology stacks and domains, supporting solution development from concept to production.
This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, engage directly with customers, and influence key technical decisions while applying strong data-focused practices. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL Design and document large-scale software solutions using your preferred technology stack. Define system architecture and produce technical documentation with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution scenarios. Oversee the implementation lifecycle — from project kickoff to delivery and "go-live". Conduct architecture reviews and audits, and provide clear, actionable feedback. Guide development teams and provide technical mentorship throughout the project. Participate in pre-sales activities: including RFP responses, solution design proposals, and client presentations. Lead or contribute to customer workshops, ensuring architectural alignment with business goals. Ensure best practices in data architecture, including data modeling, performance optimization, and storage design. Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS A hands-on technologist with at least 7+ years of development experience across multiple domains (web, backend, cloud, or mobile). Skilled in designing systems involving relational and non-relational databases, with 5+ years of experience. Comfortable working with any major tech stack (Java, .NET, JavaScript, Python, etc.). Knowledgeable about data architecture including data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and analytics-focused design. Experienced in leading engineering teams (5+ years) and project/customer interactions (3+ years). Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong in architecture patterns (enterprise, integration, layered, etc.), security practices, and performance tuning. NICE TO HAVE Experience with data-intensive applications, including stream processing or real-time analytics. Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery). Prior involvement in AI/ML infrastructure, data lakes, or large-scale reporting solutions. Proficiency in JavaScript full-stack frameworks or modern frontend technologies. Involvement in open-source, tech communities, or speaking at events is a plus.
