Legal Technology Expert

 

 

 

Position:

 

The position is responsible for providing support to users of legal technology solutions in a global legal organization.

As Legal Technology Expert you will use:

Knowledge of and experience with usage, configuration, administration and governance of contract lifecycle management tools, matter management tools, external counsel spend tracking tools, litigation reporting tools, contract repositories and e-signature solutionsExperience in managing contract and document templates, contracting process, stages, stakeholders, input and outputExperience with setting up self-service solutions in legal, risk compliance, obligations management, audit facilitation, workload reporting, single "source of truth" for the organizationExperience in using Sharepoint, PowerBI, advanced MS Office functionalitiesManaging various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s reques

 

Requirements

 

University educationPrevious shared services experience will be a plus, preferably in a legal context, but not necessarily requiredFluent EnglishGood overall knowledge of MS Office, IT systems, excellent oral and written communication skills, learning on the fly ability, very well organized problem solverIntermediate to advanced experience in Excel (e.g. pivot tables, complex formulas)Hands-on experience with Power BI; ability to build and maintain dashboards
