With our global presence, including our head office in Jerusalem and teams in Ukraine, the EU, and the Philippines, we are proud to expand our talented Fluent Family to meet the demands of new projects.Key Responsibilities:Employee Welfare and Engagement:Implement and oversee employee welfare programs that support mental, physical, and emotional well-being.Create initiatives to enhance work-life balance, job satisfaction, and overall employee engagement.Foster relationships with employees to promote a sense of belonging and community within the workplace.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and HR management to ensure a competitive edge.Human Resources Management:Develop and implement HR policies and programs that support the company’s strategic goals and foster a positive workplace culture.Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, promoting a collaborative and inclusive environment.Design and facilitate employee development programs to enhance skills and career progression.Talent Acquisition:Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles across the EU, Ukraine, and the Philippines, ensuring alignment with business needs.Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies that attract high-caliber candidates.Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit within the organization.Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure an efficient and streamlined hiring process.Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline to meet both current and future hiring needs.Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to enhance recruitment efforts.Human Resources Management:Develop and implement HR policies and programs that support the company’s strategic goals and foster a positive workplace culture.Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, promoting a collaborative and inclusive environment.Design and facilitate employee development programs to enhance skills and career progression.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant HR certification is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates effectively.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strategic mindset with the capability to contribute to broader HR initiatives, including employee welfare.A high level of English proficiency is required in reading, speaking and writingProven experience sourcing candidates in the EU, Ukraine, and APAC regions.Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and technical recruitment, preferably within the Hi-Tech sector.
