DescriptionWe are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Backend Developer with expertise in Python and Go to join our team. In this role, you will focus on implementing complex backend systems. As a key contributor, you will work on innovative solutions to support our platform’s security, scalability, and operational excellence. If you are a backend developer passionate about solving challenging problems and looking to deepen your expertise in security, this is the role for you!Requirements4+ years of experience as a backend developer with a strong focus on Python and Go .Proven experience building complex systems and implementing secure coding practices.Experience working in microservices architectures and distributed systems.Strong understanding of API design, scalability, and system performance optimization.Nice to have:Knowledge of security concepts, including secure application development/S-SDLC (Secure Development Lifecycle).Experience working with containerized environments and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).Exposure to DevSecOps practices and security-focused development workflows.Cloud experience (GCP or other platforms) and IaC knowledge (e.g., Terraform).Job responsibilitiesDesign, develop and enhance complex backend systems, including security features like API security enhancements, robust authorization implementations, strong input validation, etc.Integrate dynamic secret retrieval mechanisms into applications, focusing on secret rotation and security best practices.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure systems.Review and remediate security issues found by security tools on the code to reduce the exposed risk of our applications.What we offerCulture of caring.
