REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of practical experience in the FMCG industry as a Business Development, Sales Operations Manager, Head of IT, or Analytics Department ManagerWillingness to adapt to changes in technology and industry trends: thinking outside the box and going outside the comfort zoneDemonstrating technical acumen with an ability to understand technology solutions and potential tradeoffsProficiency in analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitors’ activities for developing and implementing business strategyExperience in taking part in big IT projects, working with budgets, ROIStrong negotiation and building partnership skillsUpper-intermediate, or higher English level
RESPONSIBILITIES
Doing market analytics and collaborating with customers to generate, collect, and validate ideas for new products for the target auditoryTaking part in creating and executing company strategy: working in management committee, preparing tactics, building the processesPreparing ideas for new products (business plans, models, routes to the market)Taking part in or leading MVP building, piloting, and presale activitiesROI calculationOrganizing events for product promotion
