Business Development Manager – Temporary Contract

The right candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and leading engagements within the clients by leveraging IQVIA offerings and identify new business opportunities.

This role involves overseeing sales, operations, and strategies for both new and existing customers, building, and reinforcing IQVIA position.

Responsibilities

Business and Revenue Management: Drive, manage, and execute the business and growth goals in terms of revenues and assigned accounts.Client Relationship Development: Develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within assigned accounts; seek out and identify new revenue opportunities at existing and potential clients, anticipating their needs.Client Engagement Ownership: Serve as the primary owner of client engagements with ultimate responsibility for client satisfaction and delivering high levels of quality and added value.High level Project Management: Plan, develop, coordinate, and assist with project activities through all project phases; allocate, obtain, and manage resources and project management tools to achieve project objectives; create and implement assessment processes to ensure projects are completed on time, milestones/goals are met, and adhere to approved budgets.Consultative Problem-Solving: Serve as a solutions-based expert, internally and externally, by applying consultative problem-solving skills and when required participate in contract renewal efforts on large accounts.Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Project Management: Oversee and manage sales, marketing, delivery, and project management activities to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.Market Intelligence: Ensure accurate and efficient data collection to support project objectives and client requirements, working on a global and regional way in the pursuit of multi country opportunities.

Requirements

Business Development Experience: Preferred candidates will have experience in business-to-business selling and managing using a consultative sales approach, preferably in solution and sales managementHealthcare System Experience: Typically requires around 5 years of experience Healthcare\Pharmaceutical sector, developing and implementing strategies for public and private sector engagement as an individual contributor. A good understanding of the health system and private health sector, including hospitals, pharmaceutical industry, health insurance.Technology Sales: Experience in selling technology services and solutions.Project Management Skills: Successful track record of managing (planning and delivery) complex, interdisciplinary projects.
