How You Will Make It Happen
Bring brand strategy to life by adapting global vision into locally winning plansLead end-to-end execution of marketing initiativesCreate and deliver impactful 360° campaigns that resonate with consumersDrive successful innovation pipeline and product launches, ensuring strong in-market executionPartner closely with commercial teams to win at the point of sale (promo, visibility, merchandising)Continuously track performance (NPD, P&L, SOM, pricing, competition) and optimize for growthManage A&C investments with a strong ROI mindsetContribute to long-term (3-5 year) growth strategy and portfolio developmentWhat You Bring
Proven experience in FMCG marketing, with a strong track record on brand growthDeep understanding of consumers and ability to translate insights into actionStrong commercial acumen and ownership mindset, passion for growthAbility to manage complexity, prioritize, and deliver under pressureExcellent stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skillsExperience in effective collaboration with creative agencies Fluency in EnglishMore about this role
