Wizippo is seeking a proactive and organized Recruiter to join our growing Human Resources team. In this role, you will support the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for various positions within the company. Working closely with hiring managers, you will help ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience to attract top talent. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for matching candidates to the right opportunities. Responsibilities
Support the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing and screening potential candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment records.
Assist hiring managers in defining role requirements and candidate qualifications.
Communicate effectively with candidates to provide timely updates and feedback.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline through networking and proactive candidate engagement.
Requirements
Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the tech sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.
