Purpose of the role

The Dental Detailing Representative - will be responsible for planning, visiting and working with dentists in Vinnytsia. You will play a key role in communication, driving recommendation and awareness growth for Haleon’s Oral Health portfolio, and effectively manage the assigned territory.

The role is opened for candidates in Vinnytsia.

Job Responsibilities

Implement Cycle Plans within the assigned territory to support growth in sales, recommendation, and awareness.

Conduct high-quality calls (visits) with Dentists and other HCPs, including:

Optimize the territory through effective HCP segmentation and routing (Targeting, S&T Surveys).

Use strong product and disease-area knowledge to engage Dentists, KOLs, KEEs, and other HCPs with insightful, differentiated product perspectives.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and profiles in CRM & CLM systems.

Proactively collaborate with cross‑functional colleagues to successfully execute Cycle Plans and improve processes.

Organize or participate in external and internal conferences, congresses, exhibitions, seminars, and round tables, ensuring high-quality interactions with experts.

Ensure proper care and responsible use of all company‑provided materials and assets.

Participate in required trainings, certifications, and learning programs.

Initial call with recruiter can be performed in Ukrainian on English, depending on candidate’s skills

Requirements

Relevant education or equivalent practical experience; Medical or Pharmaceutical background preferred.

Experience in sales, healthcare, dental detailing, or FMCG is an advantage.

Fluent Ukrainian ( English is not required) / Вільне володіння українською мовою (знання англійської мови не вимагається)

Valid driver’s license.

Working knowledge of computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new systems.

Excellent communication skills.
