A hands-on engineer who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, architecture, and businessExperienced in .NET / C# or , modern web development, and building integrationsComfortable working in ambiguous environments where ideas are not fully definedFamiliar with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and distributed systemsKnowledgeable in DXP/CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Optimizely, Contentful, or similarCurious about AI/ML concepts, including LLMs and prompt engineeringAble to evaluate new technologies critically and turn them into practical solutionsA strong communicator who can collaborate with both technical and business stakeholdersProduct-oriented, focused on delivering real value, not just conceptsSomeone with 5+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or consulting
