Minimum requirements:
Education:
Advanced university degree in Law (Master’s degree in Law or equivalent)Work Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in preparing and providing legal support for international agreements or agreements within the framework of IFI projects; At least 1 year of proven experience in the field of contract law, public law, or international financing; Experience in preparing regulatory and legal acts; Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of public finance, international financial agreements, and IFI activities;Skills and competencies:
Experience working on projects financed by the EIB or other international financial organizations; Experience working on infrastructure or municipal projects; Experience providing legal support for grant programs; Knowledge of EIB procedures and EU requirements for managing international aid funds.Language Requirements:
