Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of brand & category strategies for the Ukrainian market in alignment with global direction. Actively contribute to global brand agenda and represent local market needs on Brand Boards.Drive end-to-end marketing activities across all coffee & tea brands, including campaign development and adaptation, media strategy, activations, sponsorships, influencer marketing, and design — across both Retail and OOH channels. Support resolution of operational issues related to export activities.Own full portfolio strategy, including assortment, P&L management, and NPD pipeline. Identify and deliver relevant local innovations that drive growth.Leverage data and insights to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and shape future growth strategies.Perform Business and Categories analytics: current performance, future opportunities creationBuild, inspire, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture, ownership, and continuous growth.

Requirements

Proven track record in marketing leadership roles, with strong strategic and commercial mindset5+ years of experience leading and developing teams, with a focus on building high-performing organizationsSolid experience in FMCG marketing, preferably with well-known or emotionally driven brandsStrong expertise in brand building, portfolio management, and full marketing mix executionExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skillsHigh level of ownership, resilience, and “can-do” attitude in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work cross-functionally and collaborate with international stakeholdersExcellent communication skillsUkrainian - fluent, English - level B2
