Currently we are looking for Consultant willing to join our friendly Transaction Services team.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Working in an interdisciplinary group to participate in complex transaction services assignments, mostly, financial due diligence

• Take part in multi-level transaction support for local as well as international projects (mostly UK and EU)

• Analyse the financial position, performance and financial KPI's of companies that are the targets of the prospective transactions

• Assist with identification the key business, valuation and financial risks (red flags) and upsides of prospective transactions for the benefit of our clients

• Participate in preparation of overview and researches in respect of companies, sectors or markets

• Participate in the preparation of deliverables (reports, analyses) to the clients

Requirements

• Finance, accounting, or a similar degree (or last year's student) from a leading Ukrainian or international university

• Working experience in deal advisory, financial due diligence, audit or financial analysis for 1 year and/or internships in related fields in top international and Ukrainian companies

• Understanding of accounting and financial analysis

• Excellent written and spoken English and Ukrainian

• Proficiency in Excel

• Analytical mind and logical approach to problem solving

• Curiosity, desire to learn and grow professionally.
