Responsibilities

• Provide full‑cycle HR administrative support for the central office.
• Monitor and maintain time‑tracking records and prepare timesheets for payroll processing for each reporting period.
• Prepare HR, analytics and statistical reports.
• Contribute to monthly management reporting on headcount, workforce structure, and employee movements, providе information and analytical references about operational requests for personnel according to different criteria.
• Data administration, technical support for HR processes within the internal HR system (SuccessFactors).
• Coordinate internal communication initiatives and support corporate culture development.
• Participate in internal HR and cross‑functional projects.

Candidate Requirements

• Higher education in Economics, Human Resources Management, or Law.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR administration.
• Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP and English will be an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, systematic approach, and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment and meet deadlines.
