Summary:
We’re looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join our team in Ukraine during a maternity leave period (2 years). This role plays an important part in supporting our people and leaders across a wide range of HR topics — from recruitment and employee relations to talent development and performance processes.
This role reports to the HR Manager, Ukraine, and partnering with colleagues across the business.
Responsibilities:
Provide day‑to‑day and strategic HR support to our teams.Be a trusted partner for employees and managers on all people‑related questions.Lead recruitment for our Manufacturing and support functions.Coordinate key annual HR cycles — merit, performance reviews, and succession planning — together with leaders and our Talent Partner.Support smooth operational processes: payroll topics, onboarding, offboarding, and other important employee lifecycle events.Ensure all HR and military service documentation meets local legal requirements.Lead day‑to‑day benefits operations, including administration, vendor management, and issue resolution.Create HR reports, analyses, and presentations to support decision‑making.Experience you will bring:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.At least 2 years of HR experience.Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.Fluent Ukrainian; English – intermediate.Confident use of MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).Behaviours you will need:
