Відділ B2B стрімко зростає та шукає нового колегу на посаду B2B Sales Consultant.
У ролі Sales Consultant ви будете відповідальні за процес формування пропозицій для покупців, оформлення замовлень та доставки, контакт з покупцями та залучення нових клієнтів.
Вашою метою є додаткові продажі, збільшення прибутку та маржі. Вміння знаходити рішення для клієнта, визначати їх потреби та формувати пропозиції є ключовими навичками у цій роботі. Ви можете працювати самостійно, але бажаєте бути частиною розвиваючоїся команди.
Чим ти будеш займатися:
· Спілкуватися з покупцями по телефону та еmail.
· Підтримувати магазини у запитаннях щодо В2В напрямку
· Реєструвати та контролювати створену базу покупців
· Формувати пропозиції для покупців за запитом
· Створювати замовлення та контролювати їх виконання
· Пошук нових покупців
· Опрацьовувати скарги покупців та вирішувати конфліктні ситуації
· Забезпечувати найкращий досвід покупки для В2В покупців
Ти наш кандидат, якщо:
· Маєш досвід у продажах та процесах В2В-торгівлі
· Самостійний, але здатний гнучко працювати в команді
· Вільно володієш українською мовою (письмово та усно)
· Рівень англійської мови на рівні intermediate буде перевагою :)
· Швидко навчаєшся
