- 3-5 років досвіду у B2B-продажах IT-послуг (аутсорсинг, аутстафінг, консалтинг)
- Досвід роботи з ринками США, ЄС або іншими розвиненими країнами
- Сильні навички закриття нових угод (Closer)
- Досвід розвитку портфеля існуючих клієнтів (Account Management)
- Англійська на рівні B2, для щоденної комунікації з клієнтами
- Вміння вести змістовний діалог із технічними та бізнес-стейкхолдерами
- Висока автономність і відповідальність за результат
- Проактивність та стратегічне мислення
- Сильні презентаційні навички та впевнена робота із запереченнями
Responsibilities
- Проведення переговорів і закриття угод із C-level (CTO, Founders) за кваліфікованими лідами від SDR-команди
- Розвиток існуючих клієнтів: виявлення нових потреб, Upsell та Cross-sell
- Презентація та пітчинг комплексних технічних рішень (DevOps, Cloud Migration, AI Infrastructure, Security, аутсорсинг/стафінг)
- Повний цикл продажу: підготовка комерційних пропозицій, участь у пресейлі, узгодження умов та підписання контрактів
- Ведення CRM, управління воронкою продажів, аналітика та Sales Forecasting
