Experienced in Rust with 4+ years of professional and hands-on engineering expertiseKnowledgeable in static code analysis for PythonStrong in understanding Python module and import system internalsA practitioner of TypeScriptAn agent skill designer capable of structuring intelligent and reusable agent capabilitiesDeeply involved in prompt engineering with strong knowledge of prompt design patterns and optimization techniquesAccustomed to agent evaluation frameworks and evaluation techniquesCapable of designing and implementing evaluation frameworks for assessing skills across coding agents and multiple use casesSystems-thinking and able to connect software engineering fundamentals with AI-driven automation and developer tooling

Develop and enhance Pyrefly Integration using Rust and related technologiesDesign and implement static code analysis mechanisms for Python-based environmentsImprove and optimize Python module resolution and import system handling within platform integrationsContribute to TypeScript-based components where required within the integration ecosystemDesign and refine coding agent skills to support diverse engineering use casesEngineer and optimize advanced prompts to improve agent reasoning and coding performanceBuild and evolve a comprehensive evaluation framework for assessing coding agent skillsCollaborate with platform, product, and developer experience teams to ensure high-quality integration and measurable performance improvements
