IF YOU ARE

Experienced with 5+ years of hands-on performance testing practiceSkilled in load-testing tools such as k6 and JMeterHands-on in scripting and programming for test automation and result parsing using Python, JavaScript, Java, or GroovyStrong in APM, observability, and monitoring stacks such as New Relic, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Prometheus, or GrafanaKnowledgeable in HTTP, TCP/IP, TLS, database connections, caching, queues such as Kafka or RabbitMQ, and common performance bottlenecksComfortable working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and container platforms such as Docker and KubernetesWell-versed in integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub ActionsSkilled in troubleshooting and producing clear root-cause analysis and remediation plansCompetent in verbal and written communication, explaining technical results to engineering and product stakeholdersCapable of communicating effectively in English in a multicultural environment

AND YOU WANT TO

Design and implement load, stress, endurance, and spike tests for web services and backend systemsBuild and maintain performance test automation integrated into CI/CD pipelinesExecute tests in distributed environments such as cloud and on-premises, collect application, infrastructure, and network metrics, and correlate them with user-level metricsUse APM, monitoring, and profiling tools to identify bottlenecks and provide evidence-based remediation recommendationsCreate and maintain reproducible performance test scripts and a library of realistic user scenarios using tools such as k6 and JMeterPerform capacity planning, sizing, and scalability analysisValidate fixes and regressions across releases and maintain a performance regression dashboardDocument test plans, runbooks, and reports and communicate results to engineering and product stakeholders
