Основні обов’язки:
Формування стратегії розвитку продукту «Поштомати» на 6-12 місяців (відправка та отримання B2C, C2C, інтеграція з іншими Domestic-каналами).Управління продуктовими командами поштоматів та координація повного циклу Discovery > Delivery > Launch.Розробка та пріоритизація roadmap продуктів: відправка з поштоматів/ отримання з поштоматів.Аналіз ринку, конкурентів (InPost, Amazon Locker, DHL Locker тощо), клієнтських потреб і операційних обмежень.Взаємодія з операційними, технічними, hardware-, фінансовими та маркетинговими командами для масштабування мережі поштоматів.Визначення та впровадження стандартів: UX/UI сценаріїв (кількість кроків, час операції), фізичного розміщення, брендингу та навігації поштоматів.Відповідальність за ключові продуктові та операційні метрики: дохід, частка відправлень/отримань через поштомати; середній час операції; % успішних операцій без помилок; SLA; CSI / NPS.Підготовка та захист ініціатив перед керівництвом і ключовими стейкхолдерами.Управління релізами, тестуваннями, A/B експериментами та пострелізним аналізом.
Вимоги до кандидата:
4+ роки досвіду у Product Management або керівництві продуктовими командами.Досвід розвитку self-service або фізично-цифрових продуктів (поштомати, retail tech, mobility, логістика).Розуміння last-mile логістики, B2C/C2C сценаріїв, операційних процесів.Досвід роботи з digital-продуктами (мобільний застосунок, веб, API).Вміння працювати з продуктовими та операційними метриками, аналітикою, UX-дослідженнями.Досвід формування roadmap, OKR, пріоритизації та фінансових моделей.Сильні навички управління людьми та крос-функціональної взаємодії.Досвід роботи з Jira, Confluence або аналогічними інструментами.
