Нова пошта лідер експрес-доставки в Україні. Наша команда постійно зростає, і зараз ми шукаємо «Group Product Manager (In-Branch Delivery & Pickup Services)», ліда на напрямок розвитку продуктів отримання та відправки у відділеннях.

Основні обов’язки:
Формувати продуктове бачення та roadmap для сервісів відправки, отримання, у відділеннях для сегментів C2C, B2C, В2В. Покращувати клієнтський шлях відправки та отримання, ініціювати зміни в усіх точках контакту. Аналізувати клієнтські болі: черги, швидкість обслуговування, час очікування, помилки, WISMO.Відповідати за зменшення кількості скарг клієнтів і покращення якості сервісу.Забезпечити зростання доходу у відділеннях за рахунок покращення сервісів та зручності.Збільшувати кількість клієнтів та обсяг створених/отриманих посилок у відділеннях.Вести пріоритизацію, беклог, user stories, вимоги.Співпрацювати з Mobile/Web командами для покращення попереднього створення посилки.Працювати з Data/BI для впровадження метрик: час обслуговування, конверсії, SLA, CSI.Запускати A/B-тести, UX-покращення, стандартизовані процеси для мережі відділень.
Вимоги до кандидата:
3+ роки досвіду у Product Management або керівництві продуктових команд.Досвід роботи з фізичними точками (відділення, пункти видачі) та digital-сервісами.Знання Discovery, Delivery, UX, продуктової аналітики.Сильні аналітичні та системні навички.Досвід роботи з операційними командами.Уміння працювати зі стейкхолдерами різних рівнів: операції, логістика, IT, керівництво.Вміння презентувати роботу, результати, аналітику та roadmap у зрозумілій, структурованій формі.
