Our client is a Danish prosthetics company producing high-performance sports prosthetic feet for athletes, veterans, and active users worldwide. Their work in Ukraine is a key mission focused on restoring mobility and independence.This role is centered on coordination and people-facing work, involving close interaction with veterans, clinicians, NGOs, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and operations.Senior communication with NGO leadership is handled by the Country Director; the role focuses on day-to-day coordination with departments, organizers, rehab teams, and operational partners.Key Responsibilities:Coordination of daily, weekly, and monthly operational activities.Maintaining calendars for events, visits, and internal meetings.Communication with veterans, clinics, NGOs, athletes, partners, and community teams.Coordination with rehab teams, prosthetists, clinic departments, and event organizers.Support of demo days, fittings, experience zones, and community events.Preparation of short summaries, briefings, and follow-ups.Coordination with Levitate HQ in Denmark and internal international teams.Research of partners, NGOs, clinics, and collaboration opportunities.Maintaining internal documentation, inventories, and planning tools.Requirements:Fluent Ukrainian and English (spoken and written).Experience in coordination, operations, events, or project support.High level of communication skills and social intelligence.Empathy and professionalism, especially in work with veterans.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.Confident use of Google Workspace and communication tools.Experience in international or NGO environments is a plus.Willingness to travel within Ukraine and abroad.Company Offer:Full-time employment in Kyiv.Work with an international Danish company.Direct involvement in a meaningful social mission.Dynamic role with human interaction and responsibility.Opportunities for professional growth and international experience.Supportive, mission-driven team culture.
