Position Summary

Samsung Electronics Ukraine is looking for a National Trainer to prepare training materials, deliver and facilitate offline/online training to field force, support NPI events, manage digital services, coordinate regional trainers, control field force knowledge level.

Role and Responsibilities

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant sales-force training management experience as a mustupper-intermediate English is a mustReady for Biz tripsMS Office user (Excel - intermediate, PowerPoint - Strong)

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare/adapt/develop training material based on HQ guide and UA marketing strategy about products and sales skills development Develop and facilitate sales skills trainings for promotersManage, align trainings calendar with partners, facilitate offline/online trainings Plan and schedule trainings on regular basis (field force and FSMs)Collaborate with Business team to identify relevant training needsManage and maintain training websiteDevelop and implement orientation programs for new hiresDevelop creative and innovative approaches to present training programsManage field trainers team in the regionsControl, organize and prioritize training program for regional trainersConduct trainings sessions for business team on regular basisFacilitate knowledge and competences test of field forceProvide knowledge and competences gaps analysis and prepare improvement planPrepare reporting about trainings activities on regular basisPrepare competitor review about new launches and training mechanics on regular basis (online reviews and store visits)Maintain in-store activities (example cooking show)Prepare reviews about new launchesManage the Telegram channelSupport and update product data in telegram botSearch and implement best practices in local and global marketsSupport document flow and payments education related
