What do we do?

We are building a Go-To-Market OS that unifies revenue, sales, marketing, and operations workflows into one intelligent platform.

At the core is a production-grade Neurosymbolic AI engine, designed specifically for GTM workflows not generic LLM wrappers, not research toys, but AI that works in real businesses.

The product already exists. The AI engine exists. Real users are onboarded. Early revenue is coming in.

Now we scale.

Why is there a vacancy?

We’ve reached the point where scaling the platform requires a senior technical owner.

The foundations are built. Now we need a Head of Engineering who can:

What professional skills are important to us?

Must-have:

• Senior engineering leadership experience (Head of Eng / EM / Tech Lead)
• Strong system architecture judgment
• Proven delivery under pressure
• Hands-on backend experience with Java Spring Boot or Python
• Ability to confidently work in both stacks
• Production cloud experience (GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability)
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English
• Ownership mindset, calm decision-making, low-ego collaboration

Nice-to-have:

• AI-native / LLM-powered product experience
• Vector databases, embeddings, retrieval systems
• Domain-Driven Design in production

• Startup or scale-up background

What will you do on the project?

From day one:

• Own engineering delivery and roadmap
• Ensure platform stability and scalability
• Make final architecture decisions
• Define engineering standards (testing, security, releases)
• Balance speed vs long-term maintainability
• Stay close to the code when it matters

Platform & AI:

• Own backend architecture (Java + Python services)
• Define scaling strategy (monolith vs microservices)
• Partner with AI team on production-grade AI features
• Ensure AI is reliable, explainable, and business-driven

Leadership:

• Work directly with the CEO and investors
• Translate complex tech decisions into clear business language
• Support customer implementations and integrations

Initial role split:

• 70% hands-on execution, 20% technical strategy, 10% leadership
• Over time transition toward full CTO scope.
