We help brands scale globally through high-converting creative marketing solutions and smart campaign optimization. We’re proud to be elite partners with TikTok (Top 1 globally), Meta, and Google.With a team of 300+ professionals across the U.S., Czech Republic, Poland, Ukraine, and more, we are building a fast-moving, data-first performance culture.Right now, we’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer (Python & Angular) to join our Product & Engineering Team and help build a scalable AdTech and AI-powered platform.Key Responsibilities:Implement client-side (frontend) and server-side (backend) logic according to technical requirements and product specifications.Design, implement, and optimize REST and GraphQL APIs, including integrations with external systems.Develop and maintain backend services using Python (FastAPI) and asynchronous architectures.Build and evolve frontend applications with Angular (v16–18), NgRx, and PrimeNG.Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including data modeling, query optimization, and migrations.Integrate external services and APIs (AI services, advertising platforms, cloud storage, media processing).Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technology and design decisions.Ensure technical documentation remains up to date (README files, diagrams, API specifications).Collaborate with product, data, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.Requirements:3+ years of experience with Python and Angular in productionHands-on experience with PostgreSQL (asyncpg, SQLAlchemy async, Alembic) and MongoDB (Motor); ability to design schemas and optimize queries.Experience implementing authentication and security (JWT, bcrypt, passlib).Background processing and messaging using Celery, Redis, and/or Pub/Sub–style queues.Experience integrating external APIs and services, including AI services (OpenAI), advertising platforms, and cloud storage.Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, containerization (Docker, Docker Compose), and basic Nginx configuration.Understanding of scalable system design, async error handling, and performance optimization.Ability to participate in architectural discussions, make technical decisions, and maintain clear technical documentation (README, API specs).English level of B2 or higherWhat We Offer:RemoteCompetitive compensation Flexible working hours: we start our operation day between 9:00 — 11:00 CETAll necessary equipmentPaid vacation and sick leaves, and bank holidaysEducational support: reimbursement of certification, training, and knowledge-sharing atmosphereCompany events and multiple internal activitiesOpen feedback and transparent direct communicationOur Recruitment Process: CV check  Recruiter InterviewHiring Manager InterviewFinal Interview with the CEOSBC is an inclusive employer that celebrates diversity.
