We are a Performa HR agency, and we're excited to find a top-notch professional for one of our clients. We're currently seeking an experienced Lawyer (iGaming) to join an international legal firm specializing in legal and consulting services for businesses operating in highly regulated industries.Here's a short introduction for Performa HR agency: Performa HR agency specializes in connecting top talent with leading companies. With a deep understanding of the industry, we are dedicated to helping businesses thrive by finding the right people for the right roles. Responsibilities:Independently manage legal tasks from start to finish (A–Z) without constant operational oversight.Provide legal support for clients in the iGaming sector, including:Company registration and ongoing corporate support in various jurisdictions.Assistance in obtaining and maintaining licenses.Analysis, preparation, and review of contracts typical for the sector (marketing, software development services, license agreements).Direct client communication:Professional and courteous interaction with clients.Explaining legal positions, risks, and possible solutions in a clear and understandable way.Participation in calls and correspondence with international clients in English.Understand the logic and stages of legal processes (licensing, compliance, corporate governance, contract management).Conduct independent research and analysis of information (legislation, regulatory requirements, legal practice).Formulate clear, structured questions to clients or senior colleagues when information is insufficient.Work with internal documents, databases, and company task management systems.Assist with bank account registration.Requirements:At least 1 year of experience in iGaming (legal consulting or in-house).Minimum 3 years of general legal experience.Law degree.Client-facing experience and understanding of professional communication standards.Strong working knowledge of English (written and spoken)Strong soft skills:Clear oral and written communication.Ability to explain complex legal issues to clients in simple terms.Professionalism and client-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently and take responsibility for results.Punctuality, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines.Proficient in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets).We Expect You To: Independently structure and execute tasks.Communicate professionally with clients and maintain trust.Think not only from a legal perspective but also with a business-oriented mindset.Preferred / Nice to Have: Experience with iGaming licenses (Curacao, MGA, Anjouan, Isle of Man, etc.).Experience interacting with regulators, banks, and payment providers.Understanding of AML/KYC and compliance processes in iGaming.We offer:Fully remote work.Exciting international projects.Career development opportunities.Supportive and professional team.
