- Досвід роботи в B2B-продажах на позиції SDR від 1–2+ років;
- Практичний досвід холодного аутрічу: email, дзвінки, LinkedIn, робота з Sales Navigator;
- Грамотна усна та письмова українська мова;
- Впевнене телефонне спілкування, вміння розвинути діалог і втримати контакт;
- Розуміння базових моделей кваліфікації лідів (BANT, CHAMP, MEDDIC, SPIN);
- Вміння формувати персоналізовані пропозиції під сферу клієнта;
- Досвід роботи з CRM та дотримання чіткого сейлз-процесу;
- Досвід роботи з аналітичними інструментами (Google Looker Studio, Power BI);
- Високий темп роботи, стійкість до відмов і фокус на результат.

- Досвід продажів у SaaS / HRTech;
- Участь у івентах, конференціях, вебінарах (готовність першим виходити на контакт);
- Досвід роботи з інструментами аутрічу;
- Розуміння HR / Recruitment та бізнес-процесів компаній.
Responsibilities
- Робота з холодними лідами: LinkedIn, персоналізовані холодні листи, месенджери, будувати та підтримувати системні follow-up комунікації з лідами;
- Робота з теплими лідами: обробка вхідних заявок із сайту, кваліфікація лідів та підготовка до демо;
- Робота з лідами з вебінарної воронки: кваліфікація та запис на демо;
- Проведення кваліфікаційних дзвінків: збір інформації про компанію, команду, проблеми, бюджет, терміни, рішення та поточні інструменти;
- Запис лідів на демо та передача сейлзам з максимально повною інформацією;
- Активна присутність на ринку: форуми, HR / Recruitment івенти, конференції — встановлення контактів і перенесення їх у CRM;
- Повноцінне ведення CRM: статуси, нотатки, результати комунікацій, follow-ups, планування наступних кроків;
- Наполегливі follow-ups — доводити лідів до відповіді та результату, не губити контакти.
