Візія ролі: побудувати з нуля систему управління якістю продукту, яка перетворює проблеми клієнтського досвіду на конкретні зміни в продукті. Роль на стику продукту, клієнтського досвіду та аналітики.
Ми шукаємо людину, яка не просто аналізує звернення, а знаходить системні дефекти, визначає їхній реальний impact і доводить зміни до вимірюваного результату.

Основні обов’язки:
1. Аналітика якості
Аналіз звернень клієнтів (чати, дзвінки, зворотній зв’язок);Класифікація проблем за типами;Виявлення повторюваних дефектів;Визначення топ-джерел негативного досвіду;Формування регулярних звітів і дашбордів;
2. Root Cause Analysis
Проведення A3 / RCA по ключових проблемах;Виявлення процесних та продуктових причин;Відділення операційних збоїв від продуктових дефектів;Формування чітких рекомендацій;
3. Взаємодія з продуктовими командами
Формування backlog ініціатив з покращення якостіПріоритезація змін на основі impactКонтроль впровадження рішеньВалідація ефекту після релізу
4. Система контролю якості
Розробка стандартів оцінки якості продуктів і сервісівВпровадження нових каналів зворотнього зв’язку
5. Побудова циклу Quality > Product
Регулярні quality-review сесіїФормалізація процесу передачі інсайтів у продукт
Вимоги до кандидата:
Досвід в продуктовій або сервісній аналітиці;Досвід дослідження проблем клієнта і перетвореня їх у рішення;Сильна аналітика та системне мислення;Вміння працювати з великими масивами звернень;Досвід взаємодії з продуктовими командами;
Перевагою буде: досвід у ролі Product Manager/Owner, аналітика; досвід у логістиці / e-commerce / fintech та роботи з AI або автоматизацією.
