Ідеальний кандидат:
2+ роки досвіду роботи в UX Research.Портфоліо кейсів дослідження.Досвід організації і проведення глибинних інтерв'ю, юзабіліті тестування офлайн та онлайн.Досвід планування й організації досліджень, підбору та рекрутингу користувачів.Вміння на основі результатів дослідження створювати UX артефакти CJM, Personas, та інші.Вміння впорядковувати і захищати результати досліджень.Досвід проведення кількісних досліджень, складання анкет.Досвід прямого спілкування зі стейкхолдерами.
Знаходити і пропонувати нові формати/підходи до досліджень для існуючих та нових сервісів і продуктів.Формувати профіль респондентів, рекрутувати їх і проводити дослідження.Комунікувати інсайти команді та стейкхолдерам.Допомагати знаходити дизайн-рішення для вирішення проблем людей.
