We are looking for a high-performance Senior React/Next.js Developer with Swing skills for our client’s project – a global eReading ecosystem that offers millions of eBooks and audiobooks to customers worldwide, providing a seamless reading experience through web, mobile, and dedicated eReader devices.
This role involves end-to-end ownership of development — from gathering and solutioning requirements to implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring — within a highly collaborative and agile environment focused on continuous innovation and customer satisfaction.
Experience / Skills required:
6+ years in software development Proficiency in modern JavaScript libraries such as ReactJS, NextJS, Remix Experience building web components with REACT library and tailwind CSS. Ample experience of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS/SCSS Experience in developing accessible applications using accessibility standards Expertise in unit testing frameworks such as React Testing Library and Jestor similar libraries Hands-on experience with end-to-end testing tools like Playwright or similar libraries Proficient in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions CI/CD, AzureDevOps or Jenkins Competent in monitoring and logging tools like Datadog and Kibana Upper-Intermediate English and better
Good to have:
Experience using Storybook for component documentation and playground Knowledge of containerization using Docker and Kubernetes Experience working in .NET centric environment Knowledge on MS SQL, Raven DB. Experience working on Purchasing domain is a bonus. Hands-on experience improving the page performance(focusing on the lighthouse scores)
Responsibilities:
Design and develop the web applications. Self-document development processes, conduct peer reviews, and give actionable feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements. Perform regression testing to validate software stability after changes or updates. Monitoring the health of the application and improve the observability of the system.
