About the Role
We are hiring a Engineering Operations Manager to support operational excellence across our Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) organization. Reporting to the Senior Engineering Operations Manager, you will play an essential hands-on role in facilitating team ceremonies, maintaining operational systems, and coordinating project initiatives across our 40+ cross-functional teams.
You will coordinate organization-wide initiatives and help teams adopt best practices that enable them to deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions with speed and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
Team Support&Tool Management
Support teams following Scrum framework and help remove impediments to their progressMaintain Jira hygiene across all teams - ensuring consistent naming conventions, proper ticket categorization, and clean backlogsConfigure and optimize team boards, filters, and workflows in JiraIdentify opportunities for AI-optimization and suggest improvements to reduce manual workMaintain JIRA dashboards and reports on team velocity, sprint completion, and delivery healthProject Coordination
Support the coordination of cross-functional initiatives by tracking action items and dependenciesRisks management: flag risks or blockers to senior team membersProcess Documentation & Support
Document team processes, decisions, and standard operating proceduresMaintain up-to-date runbooks and operational guidesHelp teams adopt established best practices and operational standardsContinuous Improvement
Collect feedback from teams about process pain points and improvement ideasParticipate in process improvement initiatives led by senior team membersSupport the rollout of new tools, processes, or practices across teamsContribute to communities of practice and knowledge sharing sessionsRequired Qualifications
Must-Haves
Experience: 2+ years of hands-on professional experience in project coordination, Scrum Master role, or Engineering operationsAgile Knowledge: Solid understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principlesTool Expertise: Strong experience with Jira administrationSDLC Understanding: Understanding of software development lifecycle and engineering practicesDevOps Awareness: Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and DevOps fundamentalsOrganizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detailCommunication: Strong written and verbal communication skillsAI Tools: Ability to work with AI tools to create basic automation scriptsLanguage: English proficiency at B2 levelNice to Haves
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM)Experience working in SaaS/Product companiesFamiliarity with engineering metrics (velocity, cycle time, DORA metrics)What We Offer
